Hooked on Fabri-Tac

I'm SOOOOOO late to the window mis-treatments party, but boy am I ever glad that I found out about this nifty way to "no-sew." I plan to post more about my experience with curtain-making as soon as the project is complete, but today, my friends at Jo-Ann Fabric and Crafts HOOKED ME UP!

Meet my new BFF, Fabri-Tac! Fabri-Tac is ever so cool. She attaches trim in SECONDS, is sticky enough to hold fabric together, but not too sticky to adhere your fingers together forever.

Not too shabby, huh?!

Head on over to Hooked on Houses to see what other blahgers are hooked on this week, too!

And, for all you "mis-treaters", what else works well for trim and adornments? I'd love your feedback!

I used this stuff to put some beaded trim on the Roman Shades I made for my kitchen. It IS awesome!

LOVE me some Fabri-Tac! I've even been known to "hem" a t-shirt hem with it when I notice it's come lose and I don't have time to sew. LOL It's washable, too1

I've been looking for an easy way to make cord covers for my chandelier chains (without having to pull the fixtures down!) This looks like it will do the trick - just glue up the sides of my fabric tubes and scrunch. Great tip!

Oh man, what a FIND! I've been using tape to keep those pant hems up but this is a much better idea :)
