I LOVE getting Christmas cards from friends, family, and colleagues each year. I keep them in a pouch by the door and look at them frequently.
This year, I decided to do my own card. As a single gal, I don't really love the idea of sending a photo of myself. But this year I had a funny idea and thanks to my sister's graphic design talent, I sent one out that makes ME laugh.
What do you do with Christmas cards? Do you keep them, toss them out, or save them until the following year?

LOL!!! I LOVE it!! That is the best one I've seen in a while. TOTALLY.
This is too cute! My boyfriend and I send them out every year. Last year we did the whole "What have we been up to during the year" recap. My cousin always does this to tell me all about her kids and what they are doing. I never thought anyone would care that much so my boyfriend made up a completely false year that included him battling zombies and me killing the cast of the hills. This year he opted for some photoshop fun and photoshoped our faces onto some WWE superstars from the 80's and it was TOTALLY AWESOME! I think that will be his new thing each year. How to out photoshop himself!
I hope you had a Merry Christmast!
P.S. I save my cards and use them to decorate each year (I save my favorites).
That is awesome - i love it!!
I usually pack them away and throw them away the following year...
That is such an awesome card! :) Great idea.
Your ex-roomate (Not me) said "What is wrong with that girl!!" Said with love of course!!

Too funny...love that Holiday card! Makes me think about how the Holiday's can be sooo serious. Love your idea of lightening things up a bit, and adding a little humor in the mix!
I love it! Can I be on your mailing list?
I too, save photos in a little card basket thingy and pull them out each year, add to them and look at them in reflection. I heart Christmas cards!

totsllu rad idea! I use my square punch and punch out my favorite parts of the card then put them on cardstock in rows and laminate them to make placemats for Christmas dinners in the future. (well, at least that's my plan. Only have squares punched so far...from two years!)
sorry that should say "totally" rad idea!
